From May 8 to 11, 2026, Ms. She Hongyu, Board Member of Amity Printing Company, and Mr. Liu Junmin, General Manager of Amity Printing Company, led a delegation to Jakarta, Indonesia, at the invitation of the United Bible Societies (UBS), to attend the UBS Fellowship Event and the series of events celebrating the 80th anniversary of the organization.
During the event, Ms. She Hongyu and Mr. Liu Junmin, representing the Amity Foundation and Amity Printing Company respectively, paid a courtesy call on Ms. Elaine Duncan, Chair of UBS Fellowship, and Rev. Dirk Gevers, Secretary General of UBS Fellowship. They presented commemorative editions of the Bible, together with specially crafted rubbing artworks engraved in Chinese and five Chinese ethnic minority languages, as a tribute to UBS’s steadfast commitment and faithful dedication to its mission over the past eight decades at the 80th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony of UBS.
Rev. Dirk Gevers, Secretary General of UBS presented a plaque of appreciation from UBS to Ms. She Hongyu and Mr. Liu Junmin, in recognition of the support provided by Amity Foundation and Amity Printing.
It is reported that this event marked the largest celebration organized by UBS over the past decade. During the event, senior UBS leaders expressed high recognition for the strategic value of their partnership with Amity Printing Company, affirming the company’s outstanding contributions over the past four decades to cultivate deep expertise in Bible printing technology and the global distribution of Scriptures. They also noted that Amity Printing Company’s current achievements and industry influence have surpassed the aspirations envisioned at the company’s founding. The Amity Printing has become an important platform for exchanges and friendly cooperation between China and countries around the world.
This visit and participation further strengthened the long-term strategic partnership and friendship between Amity and UBS, deepened mutual trust and exchanges, and effectively enhanced Amity Printing Company’s global reputation and brand influence in the field of Bible printing ministry, laying a solid foundation for deeper future collaboration in Bible printing work.
